When you create an account on our Platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or if we believe that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
All orders placed through our Platform are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We make every effort to ensure that the menu items, prices, and descriptions displayed on our Platform are accurate and up-to-date. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the preparation of the food has commenced. Once the preparation process begins, we may not be able to cancel the order, and the full charge will apply. In cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. For any concerns regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
